Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at ride@labyci.cc within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Return Policy

At La Byci Bike Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

Timeframe:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels, tags, manuals, and accessories included.

Inspection:
All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is approved. If the product shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or missing packaging, the return may be denied or may qualify only for a partial refund.

Return Shipping:
We offer free returns for eligible items. Returned products must be shipped using the prepaid return label provided by La Byci Bike Boutique.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at ride@labyci.cc or visit us in-store with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance or discounted products marked as non-returnable
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered
